With over a decade of clinical experience, I combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to meet you where you are. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change is possible. How long are sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. The initial consultation call is about 15 minutes and free.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Sessions are available both in person and via secure video telehealth.

What are your fees?

Please reach out for current rates and sliding-scale availability. Superbills are provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

Is what I share confidential?

Absolutely. Everything discussed is private and protected, within the limits required by law.
